Here's where im gonna post about the UTAU Starter Pack -OS- Edtion.

In this book youll find an amalgamation of information collected from all across the UTAU OS community, as well as a few translated straight from the UTAUSP & UTAUPM books which this book is designed to be a counterpart to.

As well as a few plugins, voicebanks and special recordings for this book it comes with a fully interactivable section on vocal types with samples if you prefer to use the PDF version.
*PDF version requires a download of the voice types folder to make use of the different samples.

I mean its more of the answer to the Starter Pack, its got some infor from PM but not all of it i plan on making a second book in the future with the PM info inside.

It's probably not a good idea to mention the use of Audacity for noise removal. Unfortunately Audacity's noise removal is very low quality and introduces artifacts that can both sound bad and negatively impact frq generation. Not only that but it often will only remove noise from around the sample and not the sample itself.

Other than that, this is an ok resource for getting beginners started.

Thank you so much for this! I read through the whole PDF, and WOW, it's so detailed! There were a lot of things in there that I didn't know about before! I love how you interviewed the voice providers of some of the UTAUloids; that made it an extra fun read!

I've been interested in recording my first UTAUloids, and I think this is going to be a very helpful resource for me!!

This has been very helpful to refresh my memory and, of course, I appreciate your slick presentation as always
Sometimes the English is a little off and needs clarifying, and I'm not sure if you didn't mention this because you were sticking to the basics but aren't flags different across resamplers? Essential ones like the g-flag are the same but I thought there was nothing stopping two different devs assigning the same alphabet letter to flags that can do very different things.
