VCV voicebanks not making sound and showing file load error

Hey could someone tell me how to make VCV voicebanks work on Utau I tried installing them manually and I kept getting a file load error.

The voicebanks I was using were Trent - Summer, Toby Osbourne, Matsudappoiyo Light, and Yaemi Keisuke. I have Utau installed in the file Program Files (x86).
