[SOLVED] Scroll bars disappeared

Title is pretty self-explanatory. The scroll bars have suddenly disappeared on UTAU, and I'm not sure how to recover them. I simply restarted my computer, and once it was done, I opened UTAU, and suddenly, they were gone, they're just totally white now, and nothing happens when I click where they used to be. The [-], [+], [P], and [~] buttons are the only thing on those sides of the tabs. I can still use the arrow keys to scroll, but for obvious reasons, this is highly inconvenient. Has anybody experienced this, and if so, do you know how to fix it? I've tried restarting again, reinstalling UTAU, looking through the settings, trying different .ust's, no dice.

this is so strange, i'm having this exact same problem too, and i can't find any way to fix it either... i tried my best searching for anyone else who experienced this and the only result being this, from only a day ago. i honestly can't tell if it's a coincidence or not...

Did you happen to get a Windows update before this happened? Mine installed an update when I restarted it. If multiple users are getting this issue, maybe it's related to that.

Well great, I'm getting the feeling that's probably what it is. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling about a hundred different ways, but I get the impression that it's more of a problem with Windows handling of the program than the program itself. Compatibility mode doesn't seem to do anything either from what I can tell.

Update: For future reference to anybody who had this problem, it is indeed the Windows Update. I uninstalled the updates Installed on 4/14/2021 and 4/17/2021, with my latest working update prior to those dates having been Installed on 3/12/2021, and now UTAU is working properly once more.

For anybody reading this who doesn't know how to do this, this was experienced on a Windows 10 laptop. To do this, search for the "Check for Update" menu in the Windows search bar. Upon opening it. click "View Update History", and then click "Uninstall Updates" near the top of the following tab. It should give you a list of Updates, and if you scroll right, you should be able to see the Installation date. After Uninstalling, it will prompt you to restart your PC. As far as I can tell, these were mostly minimal updates, so uninstalling them doesn't seem to cause any significant issues as far as I can tell. I don't know specifically which Update caused it, but it will probably be within the middle of the month of April 2021, assuming some other future update doesn't cause a similar problem, or otherwise the latest update in which you started noticing this issue.

Based on this post in another forum, scroll bars should be working again with an even more recent update.
