OREMO Recording Package Chance Multilanguage Reclist 2025 + oto v3

Update from 11/02/2025
A Presamp.ini file is included, though it most likely is stuck on Heccan (LIBRA) 's latest version.
However it might be very useful.
Huge thanks to whoami2_._ for the support and love he's giving to the Chance Reclist development. (The credits for the presamp.ini is all his work.)

Seems that Utaforum's description about this had an error in wich the Google Drive link was not the same as the Download button, so I fixed that because it led people to confusion. Mostly because the Download button is... not very notorious and pretty easy to ignore accidentally lol.

Improvements to the reclist

- Full addition of English R and English L
- New structure to files
- Fixed typos
- Included separate base oto.ini

- English R's were added as a future addition.
(Not implemented yet in the reclist)

- Other misc. updates and credits for reclist testers and contributors.
- New update (v2.5 or above) might include new voicebank.

New sample voicebank added:
- Heccan [Libra] (BETA)

Various minor fixes to description & resource (mostly Readme typos)

The 2024 revision, version 2.4 includes:​

- base oto.ini with the following features:
- romaji encoded
- all the CVC, CV & CCV, VC, VV, C- / -C implementations from v2.2 list
- adition and revision of missing phonemes
- fixing of oto.ini's missing lines
- support for Spanish, English, Japanese and Conlangs
- Oremo-ready reclist
- list of Future additions to the reclist
- the list of Future additions of v2.0, v2.1, v2.2 and v2.3 were implemented
- does not include breaths

In future updates, the reclist will include:​

- dictionaries for OpenUTAU (Spanish, English, Japanese)
- a list of extra phonemes for "soft" english r's in CC phonemes.
- sample USTs for OU and UTAU
- hiragana / katakana aliases for certain Japanese phonemes
- "blend" vocals (a2, e2...) & normal vocals (a, e...)
- double romaji "n" aliasing (nn, n) to prevent issues

Other Important Notes:​

As of 03/08/2024
- Heccan voicebanks were still not released due to problems with the development
- The oto.ini remains from the first version due to development delays.
- Lists of features and future updates was added.
- Oremo-ready reclist might not be up-to-date.
