I made a multilingual CVVC reclist based on VOCALOID3 MAIKA's phoneme set for fun one day, and thought I'd try to drop it here. For those not in the know - MAIKA's phoneme set is an expanded version of VOCALOID's Spanish phoneme format, specifically designed to allow her to sing in Catalan, as well as other languages such as English, Italian, Japanese, etc. This list is based on that set of sounds.
It is a 6-mora list with 324 samples, only accounting for phonemes from MAIKA's phoneme set, no more, no less. It includes full coverage for Consonant-Consonant diphones as well. In UTAU, the format resembles the workings and syntax of Delta English voicebanks and similar SAMPA-based formats ( peYton, Salem English, etc. ).
This isn't a super serious list, so it's largely untested. That said, I have provided a phoneme chart, and a base oto.ini file if anyone wants to give it a whirl.
Phoneme Chart
As filenames are not case-sensitive, and don't like certain special characters, the reclist changes some characters to avoid files overwriting each other, or other errors. Capital SAMPA characters are followed by a "+" in the reclist in standard Delta fashion ( [q+] = [Q], [i+0] = [I0], [ts+] = [tS], etc. ). Phonemes containing the [\] character are replaced with [0] ( [r0] = [r\], [j0] = [j\] ). The voicebank aliases return to the correct original phoneme names. An oremo-comment with the correct unaltered SAMPA symbols is also included for easier readability ( if oremo has any issues opening after using the oremo-comment file, find the directory oremo.exe is in, and delete the file named "oremo-init.tcl". That should put it back to normal. Sometimes oremo dislikes certain special characters and freaks out. Recstar shouldn't have this issue. ).
Feel free to let me know if y'all have problems or questions!
