This kit is designed for UTAU Users who use a Romaji Reclist and are having trouble getting all the basic aspects of their UTAU working.
I added a proper sized 100X100 .bmp image in the proper format for UTAU (since there are 3 different types of .bmp for some reason) a Read Me with a basic information guide for users to fill out, and the Romaji to Hirigana encodining!
The OTO can also be used as a reclist guide!
