Any Vocalizer/Formant Filter Plug-In that makes the "n" sound correctly?

Hi. I'm trying to make a full synthetic UTAU (Shaa Denka-esque) with alarms sounds as vocals and machine/car sounds as consonants. I'm guiding by this japanese tutorial, but I don't know about Vocalizer/Formant Filter VSTs that can make the "n" sound (The text file says that the vocalizer can make the "n" consonant and vowel sound. I have installed some vocalizers and no one have the "n" sound frequency or similar)

Can anyone help me, please?
