I’ve been using utau for a good few years now. I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue. My audio in audacity is completely fine, but when I try to oto it, the audio looks messed up and it makes no noise when I put it in the player.

Are they 16 bit wav files? I think utau only plays 16 bit and not 32 bit

I had this samples issue 2 years ago, my samples looked like yours and i also couldn't generate .frq for them
changing the wav files to 16-bit will solve the problem
