Added mkototemp.ini for generating a base oto.ini with
MakeOtoTemp.
It is advised to only use this if you want to make major changes, or want to write an alternate version of this list, as the base it generates isn't perfect and has some minor omissions ( It's recommended to compare it with the provided base oto.ini through vLabeler's "Compare Oto Entries" feature function, or a similar method, to fill in the gaps ).
Added presamp.ini ( for presamp and autoCVVC2.002 ). This file is not tested, so it may encounter problems. This file may be updated in the future as errors are found.
