Moony is an old, forgotten project made by Miyuki Masara. Moony's sole purpose is to provide assistance playing various forms of mahjong, such as calculating waits and scores. Moony's specialty is being programmed to help in games of Zecersonian mahjong, a variant of mahjong nearly impossible for anyone to learn but the most seasoned of Zecersonians. She remained unfinished when Miyuki's focus shifted to work on Yuina almost exclusively. Moony has an inconsistent voice that glitches frequently. She has no detectable personality or interests and is just programmed for mahjong.
