Thunder is a sort of guardian to Stormy who he considers his younger cousin. He was sent to make sure she doesn't cause too much damage. They live on Earth together and get along well enough. The two of them met shortly before they took residence on Earth.
He's also a sky elemental, but more tornado and wind based. Things seem to flatten when he walks by, and he can also stomp loudly when he wants. Like all elementals, in both forms can communicate telepathically amongst each other.
Isn't quite of a demigod status but he doesn't really mind. Seeing Stormy's aversion to it he's kind of glad.
Though he doesn't recommend it to anyone, he has been known to doing recreational drugs.
Like how Stormy's age is a range, his age range is from 19-21
He's pretty friendly and mostly chill.
