how do i install/add a voicebank onto openutau?

okay, so.. i have both utau and openutau installed.
i once (idk how) managed to create an openutau file and use teto, i even managed to make her say a few stuff.

my issue is, that idk how to do that anymore and other tutorials i searched dont help..
i managed to open the app (openutau), but i cant add Teto's voicebank anymore. (im not sure if it matters but i got her voicebank from here: https://resource.dreamtonics.com/download/English/Voice Databases/Lite Voice Databases/Kasane Teto/ . it seems to have all sorts of assets like whisper, and so on..)

each time i tried to add the voicebank, it didnt wotk, it would just not appear.. (i put the steps i took to try and add a voicebank)
(select singer> install singer> selected the zip file> chose first one with text)
even if i chose other one, nothing would appear. can someone help me out? idk what im doing wrong. is the voicebank i installed not good? (yet it worked before)

i also wanted to install ruko yokune, but i dont even know where to start anymore.. any help is appreciated!!

That link isn't an utau voicebank. That is a synthv voicebank. If you had her utau voicebank, then the steps you mentioned should work.

Also, you could just drop the unzipped folder into openutau's "Singers" folder

Where do I download her utau? Do I try and download it from her official site?
Also.. I'm still confused on how I managed to still add her voicebank in the past. I closed my laptop now but I'll show tomorrow when I have time if helps you help me out.. (sorry if my questions and situation are annoying, I appreciate the help either way!)

Yes, all her utau voicebanks are downloadable on her official site, specifically on the dedicated section for her utau voicebanks.

She even has a dedicated version for openutau, but as far as I know it's just a bundle of her other voicebanks that works in either openutau or original utau.
