Misc Reclist Updates

* Various lists have had minor updates
* All lists now have base OTOs
* Rentan CV has been added
* Download buttons have been added to all reclists (notable limitation is that it will not encode in Shift-JIS; I will make a tutorial on how to fix this soon).
* Creative commons license CC-BY-SA 4.0 has been applied to all reclists (this shouldn't affect 99% of use cases so don't worry about the legal language)

More Reclists Added, All Lists Moved to New Website!

Major Update: Reclists are now hosted as pure text on my new website.​

This should allow them to be easily updated with no hassle of links breaking. That page will be updated more frequently than this resource.

Reclists Moved To New Host, CVVC Added

Now hosting my reclists on Google Drive rather than Pastebin; much easier to keep track of everything, and much easier to update them as needed!

Also, I've added two CVVC reclists.
